Glynis Ablon, M.D.
Dr. Ablon is a board certified dermatologist who completed her training at Baylor School of Medicine in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Ablon is an associate clinical professor at UCLA, practicing at both UCLA and LCMH.  She is active in clinical research and the first published author in the U.S. in mesotherapy.  Dr. Ablon is an on-camera medical consultant for The Doctors, E! Entertainment, ABC, CBS, KCAL and Lifetime. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Liposuction Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Shino Bay Aguilera, D.O.
Dr. Aguilera is a cosmetic dermatologist, dermatologic surgeon and a cosmetic laser expert. Dr. Aguilera is dual board certified with a fellowship in dermatology from the American College of Osteopathic Dermatology. He is a clinical researcher, publisher and an assistant professor of dermatology for five universities including: University of Miami (Miami, Fla.), NOVA University (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.), Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (Brandenton, Fla.) Suncoast University (Clearwater, Fla.) and Universidad del Rosario in Bogata, Colombia. Dr. Aguilera travels the world teaching physicians the proper use of the newest laser advances and cosmetic techniques, and participates in FDA clinical trial studies. Dima Ali, M.D.
Dr. Dima is a leading international aesthetic and anti-aging medicine expert. Her expertise includes aesthetic laser surgery, skin tightening technologies, non-invasive body contouring, fat grafting, advanced dermal filling, neurotoxins, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, injectable lipolysis, skincare formulations and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Haneef N. Alibhai, M.D., B.Sc., C.M., C.C.F.P., F.C.F.P.
Dr. Alibhai graduated from McGill Medical School in Montreal, Canada. He is the medical director of md cosmetic & laser clinic in Abbotsford, BC, Canada and the director of training of md cosmetic & laser training. He is a past-president of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine. He is a clinical instructor for the UBC Faculty of Medicine and is a faculty member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine and the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians. He has written articles in several aesthetic magazines and journals and was the section editor for the Aesthetic Medicine Chapter in the 3rd edition of Procedures for Primary Care published by Elsevier. Dr. Alibhai has been training physicians on various applications in aesthetic medicine since 2002 and has trained over 900 physicians worldwide. He is an internationally recognized speaker and author in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Red Alinsod, M.D.
Dr. Alinsod graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then ran the gynecologic services at George Air Force Base, Calif., and Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. During his 12-year military career he trained extensively in hysteroscopic and advanced laparoscopic surgery and became one of the first fellows of the Accreditation Council of Gynecologic Endoscopy. He founded the Congress for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery (CAVS) in 2005 and he has been instrumental in developing aesthetic vulvovaginal surgery, including current techniques in radiofrequency (RF) labiaplasty of the minora; "Barbie" and Hybrid Look labiaplasty; the Medial Curvilinear Labia Majoraplasty; central and lateral clitoral hood reductions; and the combination Pudenal-Levator Block for In-Office Awake / No I.V. labiaplasty and vaginoplasty, a technique he teaches worldwide. He was the first surgeon to perform non-invasive labia majora RF skin tightening and RF vaginal canal tightening. As medical director for Women's Health at Thermi Aesthetics, he develops specific devices and treatments for women suffering from labial and vaginal laxity. Dr. Alinsod presents nationally and teaches physicians the art and science of pelvic reconstructive surgery, as well as aesthetic vulvovaginal surgery.

Gary J. Alter, M.D.
Dr. Alter is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Urology. He performs most cosmetic procedures of the face and body; however, he specializes primarily in male and female genital plastic surgery. After practicing urology for ten years, he returned to plastic surgery training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., followed by a fellowship in genital reconstructive surgery at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, Va. Dr. Alter has a practice in Beverly Hills, Calif. and New York, N.Y., and he is an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at UCLA. Dr. Alter starred on the hit television show Dr. 90210 and he has been featured in numerous media outlets. He was also the featured plastic surgeon on Alexis Arquette’s transsexual documentary, She’s My Brother, which was featured at the Tribeca Film Festival; the movie Modify, which was also featured at Tribeca, as well as the Showtime movie, The Other Side: Jamie’s Story.
Syed Amiry, M.D.
Dr. Amiry is a board certified, leading expert in the field of dermatology with over seven years experience in cosmetic dermatology. He received his medical degree from AT Still University (Kirksville, Mo.), and completed his dermatology residency at Geisinger Health Systems (Danville, Pa.). Dr. Amiry also completed specialized training in cosmetic, laser and skin cancer surgery (Mohs) under the guidance of a world renowned team of dermatologists. He also practiced at the Murad Medical Group (Los Angeles, Calif.). Thomas Barnes, M.D., F.A.A.C.S.
Dr. Barnes is a Diplomate of The American Board of Cosmetic surgery and specializes in full-service cosmetic surgery procedures, with a special interest in "Lunchtime Makeovers." Ellot Battle M.D. Eliot F. Battle Jr., M.D.
Dr. Battle is CEO and founder of the renowned Cultura Dermatology Spa and Laser Center in Washington, D.C., a ground-breaking cosmetic dermatology and laser practice. He has received many academic honors and awards. Dr. Battle is one of the most sought out teachers and lecturers in the field of cosmetic laser therapy and is consistently in the press as a world expert in the field of cosmetic therapy. His three years of cutting edge research at Harvard helped pioneer the new generation of non-invasive “color blind” cosmetic lasers, opening up the field to patients of all skin types, regardless of color or ethnicity. Inna Belenky, M.D.
Dr. Belenky is a clinical training manager of Viora's clinical team. She heads and monitors all clinical training to Viora's employees and customers worldwide to maintain a high level of professionalism and clinical understanding. Dr. Belenky is actively involved in the process of optimizing Viora's treatment protocols through reviewing feedback and suggestions from the field and investigating the proposals in Viora's in house clinic. Her experience and skills has also made her a prominent member of Viora's R&D team in evaluating clinical efficacy, optimizing operating mechanism and technologies to better serve our customers.
Risha Bellomo, M.P.A.S., P.A.-C
Ms. Bellomo has over 18 years of healthcare experience and specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a background in primary care and emergency medicine. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry at the University of Florida, and went on to earn a Master’s Degree as a physician assistant through the College of Medicine at the University of Florida. Ms. Bellomo is currently employed with Advanced Dermatology in Orlando, Fla., where she has worked alongside Matt Leavitt, M.D., for the last ten years. She is the Central Florida representative and co-founder of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is the cosmetic columnist for the Journal of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the PA columnist for Advance for NPs and PAs. Ms. Bellomo is a faculty preceptor for Nova Southeastern University and University of Florida, and she is also the president and founder of Practical Medical Solutions, LLC and Bellomo Consulting, Inc.
Mark Berman, M.D., F.A.C.S
Dr. Berman practices cosmetic surgery in the West Los Angeles area and is the immediate past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Although he graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he is currently a clinical instructor in facial plastic surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Berman is well known for his work with fat grafting, particularly to restore the three-dimensional volume of the aging face. He is also the first surgeon to use Gore-Tex materials in cosmetic surgery, not only pioneering their use in facial surgery, but he also holds a patent on an e-PTFE breast implant device – the Pocket Protector® – used to repair or prevent capsule contracture in breast augmentation. Dr. Berman has authored a novel titled Substance of Abuse which is a controversial sexy thriller that suggests a solution to the war on drugs.
Patrick Bitter, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Bitter, Jr., is a dermatologist certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He received his medical degree and dermatology training at Stanford University School of Medicine. Since 1986, Dr. Bitter, Jr., has maintained a private practice specializing in dermatology, skin cancer surgery and cosmetic surgery in Los Gatos and Beverly Hills, Calif. Dr. Bitter, Jr. is the developer of the FotoFacial™ and PhotoFacial™ procedures that use pulsed light to treat rosacea, flushing, facial redness and pigment.

Monica Bonakdar, M.D.
Dr. Bonakdar is the founder and medical director of Bonakdar Institute in beautiful Newport Beach, Calif., where she has been in private practice since 1994. Dr. Bonakdar attended the University of California, Irvine for both her undergraduate and medical school studies and graduated cum laude. She completed her residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her practice is focused entirely on cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery and non-surgical facial aesthetic enhancements. Kevin Brenner, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Brenner is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive problems of the breast and abdomen. He is also a board certified general surgeon uniquely trained to reconstruct some of the most complex abdominal issues. Dr. Brenner received his B.S. degree at The University of Wisconsin, Madison before receiving his M.D. degree at Loyola University in Chicago. He completed his five year general surgery residency at RUSH University and Cook County hospitals in Chicago, followed by the three year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of California, Irvine. Since then, Dr. Brenner has been in private practice in Beverly Hills. Dr. Brenner has published extensively in peer-reviewed plastic surgery journals and has written many book chapters about important plastic surgery topics. He has garnered national attention for his unique expertise, and has appeared on many television programs including The Doctors, Tyra Banks, Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers, CNN'S Jane Velez Mitchell, The Daily Buzz, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, Extra and Univision.
Gregory Buford, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Buford is a board certified plastic surgeon currently practicing in Denver, Colo. As a graduate of the Baker / Stuzin / Baker Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Miami, he is one of the few cosmetic plastic surgeons in the Rocky Mountain region to have completed formal post-graduate training. Dr. Buford holds higher degrees from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and the University of California, San Diego where he received his major in literature with an emphasis in writing. His practice is limited exclusively to aesthetic medicine with an emphasis on breast enhancement, body contouring, and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation. As the editor-in-chief / publisher of American Spa magazine, Ms. Keller Callaghan helms the industry's leading publication for spa professionals. She travels the world attending and speaking at travel, beauty and spa shows and reporting on top day, resort, medical and destination spas. She has earned a Spa and Hospitality Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine and has led her team to win several prestigious editorial and design awards. She is also a longtime freelance writer specializing in spa, beauty, health, wellness, travel, art and entertainment.

Adil Ceydeli, M.D., M.S.
Dr. Ceydeli obtained a Master of Science degree in Anatomy, Cell Biology and Injury Sciences at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. His extensive research on the basic science of cell biology and scarless wound healing has won numerous awards, and his graduation thesis was published in the surgical basic science journal, Shock. Dr. Ceydeli began his general surgery training at New York Methodist Hospital. Upon completion of his training, he started his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia. After finishing his plastic surgery training, Dr. Ceydeli also completed a prestigious aesthetic fellowship with Robert Flowers, M.D., one of the most innovative aesthetic plastic surgeons of the century. Dr. Ceydeli was included in the 2007 Guide to America's Top Plastic Surgeons by Consumers' Research Council of America, and in multiple editions of Who's Who® in America. He was named one of the emerging leaders in healthcare and medicine. Gabriel Chiu, D.O.
Dr. Chiu received his degree in microbiology and immunology at the University of California Berkeley and completed medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. After an internship in the Henry Ford Health System at Bi-County Community Hospital, Dr. Chiu began his general surgery residency in the St. John’s Health System in Detroit, Mich. During training, he transferred to Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in the Cleveland area of Ohio, where he was chosen as chief resident in general surgery. After completing his residency, Dr. Chiu began a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His training encompassed all aspects of plastic surgery, including reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries. Selected chief fellow of plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Chiu oversaw the training of plastic surgery fellows, general surgery residents, oromaxillary facial residents and medical students at five hospitals across Pennsylvania and New York. After successfully completing his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Chiu returned to California, where he has been practicing in Encino and Beverly Hills.
Renee E. Coover, J.D.
Ms. Coover is an attorney who serves as associate general counsel for the American Med Spa Association (AmSpa), a national association that provides valuable education and resources to medspa professionals. She frequently lectures physicians, nurses and aestheticians throughout the country on medspa regulation. She has written several articles on the rules and regulations affecting the medical spa industry and has been published in many national publications. She counsels medspa entrepreneurs in establishing their new business ventures, guiding them through complex legal obstacles that arise in the business formation process and she has extensive experience assisting medspas with proper corporate formation and compliance with state laws and regulations.
Angelo Cuzalina, M.D., D.D.S.
Dr. Cuzalina was elected as the president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery for 2011. He began his post-graduate education at Oklahoma State University (Stilwater, Okla.), graduating with a degree in physiology and went on to obtain a medical degree from the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) and a dental degree from Baylor University (Waco, Texas). Dr. Cuzalina completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency followed by a full body cosmetic surgery fellowship where his mentors were former presidents of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and he is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery as well as the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been in private practice, exclusive to cosmetic surgery, in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1998 where he runs an AAAHC accredited surgery center with full time anesthesia and nursing staff along with overnight courtesy guest suites. Dr. Cuzalina hosts and is program chairman for several AACS and ACCME accredited live cosmetic surgery workshops every year and is the chairman and program director for an AACS Accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Program in full body and facial cosmetic surgery.

Charlene DeHaven, M.D.
Dr. DeHaven is a double board-certified physician and is an integral part of the INNOVATIVE SKINCARE medical research team. She helps to oversee clinical facets of product development, including: clinical studies, ingredient identification and assessment, collaboration with academic and medical institutions, and physician education. Jason B. Diamond, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Diamond is a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is also a board certified head and neck surgeon, otolaryngologist and fellow of the American College of Surgeons, who received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine (Rochester, N.Y.).

Ms. Di Marco Young is the co-owner of Young Medical Spa® and Dr. TattAway® Laser Tattoo & Hair Removal Clinic, along with her physician husband. She is a registered nurse and a certified laser operator. She is on the board of directors of the Medical Spa Society, advisory board for Acara Medical Spa Consultants, and is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Dermatology Nurses Association, and the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses. Ms. Di Marco Young holds a PA Cosmetology Board license and previously owned a Merle Norman Cosmetics national franchise, full-service beauty salon and a chain of tanning salons. She also previously held senior management positions in the medical and sales education and customer relationship management (CRM) departments with Johnson & Johnson, Inc. Chad Erickson

Stephen W. Eubanks, M.D.
Dr. Eubanks is a board certified dermatologist who has practiced in the Denver, Colo. area since 1984. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma (Norman, Okla.) and his dermatology training from Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver. He began his dermatology career at the University Park Medical Clinic and established the Laser Center at University Park in 1989. When the University Park site closed, Dr. Eubanks helped establish the Dermatology & Laser Center at Harvard Park. Dr. Eubanks is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (Boulder, Colo.).

Dr. Eubanks has a long-standing full service dermatology practice that includes skin cancer surgery, standard dermatology care, cosmetic dermatology and comprehensive experience in skin laser surgery. The laser surgery includes the one of the states first vascular laser surgery centers that treats children with vascular birthmarks, adults with facial blood vessels and abnormal leg veins and scars and stretch marks.
Susan Evans, M.D.
Dr. Evans, a cosmetic dermatologist, was one of the celebrity physicians featured on Dr. 90210, and is currently a regular anti-aging expert on the Dr. Oz Show. She has also been featured in People magazine, OK magazine, The Enquirer, Essence, Parent magazine, Health magazine, Upscale, Harpers Bazaar and many others. David Feldmar, M.D.

Kerry Schmidt Joel Schlessinger, M.D., F.A.A.D., F.A.A.C.S.
Dr. Schlessinger is the Editor in chief, Cosmetic Surgery, for Practical Dermatology and the Founder of Cosmetic Surgery Forum.
